The Xbox 360 is the successor to Xbox video game console from Microsoft. It was referred to in the past as Xbox Next or Xbox 2 or simply Project Xenon.  Microsoft has scheduled its launch just before Christmas of 2005, the biggest shopping season although it was unveiled on 12.05.2005 on MTV. You’d be hard pressed to find anyone who hasn’t heard of the Xbox 360 game system. It is arguably the most popular gaming console on the market today. According to experienced users, it offers an indescribable game playing experience.

Its only flaw, which is certainly not in performance, is the fragility of Xbox 360 game disks themselves. Face it; they are nothing more than DVD disks. They snap, they crack, and they scratch. They can also be lost, and they are valuable enough to be attractive to thieves. They carry such inherent risk of damage or loss that copying Xbox 360 games to your hard drive is critically important.
